App Store billing is separate from web billing
An AI service may sell subscriptions on its website and inside its iOS app. These offers can have different names, prices, billing periods or included features. An App Store purchase is billed through the Apple Account used on the device, while a web purchase follows the provider's own billing system.
Check where the subscription was purchased before trying to manage, cancel or request support for it.
Available payment methods depend on the account region
Apple supports different payment methods by country or region. Options may include cards, mobile billing, account balance or other local methods. The payment method and billing details must meet Apple's requirements for that account region.

- Keep enough balance for recurring renewal.

Renewal and cancellation stay with Apple
For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, renewal settings are normally managed from the Apple Account subscription screen. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Regional price comparison is useful before subscribing, but the final product terms, renewal date and checkout amount shown by Apple take priority.
